Return Policy
Heaton Pecan Farm, Inc. wants you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. The best way to ensure that our products get to you in the same condition it left our store is to follow our shipping recommendations. Please contact us if there is a problem and we will do our best to correct it.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, please ensure that someone will be available to receive your delivery. We cannot be responsible for products that are damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues.
All damaged shipments must be reported within three (3) business days of your order receipt as determined by the delivery agent ( UPS, USPS, etc.). We will make every effort to replace damaged items within this time, however, we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame. Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requested by Heaton Pecan Farm, Inc. or the carrier.
Heaton Pecan Farm, Inc. will refund the cost of your non-perishable products less shipping charges when they are received in an unopened, resalable, and new condition. Heaton Pecan Farm, Inc. is not responsible for the cost of return shipments, unless the product(s) was defective or was not what the customer ordered. In the event that an item is not what was ordered, Heaton Pecan Farm, Inc. asks that you check the product(s) against your receipt (as applicable) to make sure that you didn’t receive what was ordered.
Any goods returned to Heaton Pecan Farm, Inc. without prior authorization will not be refunded. The shipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Due to government regulations, all perishable (candy) products shipped within the USA are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All orders are subject to our approval.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the time you place your order, and/or prior to Order Processing, whichever is shorter. Orders cancelled after twenty-four (24) hours and prior to Order Processing will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders (such as non-catalog items) cancelled after twenty-four (24) hours and prior to Order Processing will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Orders may NOT be cancelled once processed (ready for shipment).
We ship to the 48 continental United States. We do not ship to APO's or FPO's.
